Welcome to Locksmith Training Merseyside,  Our course is designed for locksmiths by locksmiths. The training is provided in person by Dave Mitchell, a trading locksmith of long standing who also provides his locksmith services to a large North West University on a daily basis, so he is up to date with current methods of locksmithing and also is knowledgeable on older locks, key cutting, impressioning locks, repinning locks, picking cylinder locks and mortise locks, bypassing locks, fitting locks, snapping to gain entrance, electro and manual pickguns, in fact all aspects of locksmithing.

You will get to make a lot of locksmith tools for you to keep and use in the future in your new occupation and you get a basic locksmiths tool kit,comprising, a large 13 piece professional pickset, a wallet of mica,key turners,a mortise drill gauge and instructions,and we make  more tools on the course.

I am a working locksmith at one of the North West's largest Universities, so I am up to date with all aspects of modern locksmithing.

In the past I have worked for myself and for big multi national locksmith company's, so can give my years of experience over to you the beginner - the pitfalls; the pros and cons of the trade; what works and what doesn't; advice on setting up on your own.  I have been there already and done it.

The training is provided by myself, Dave Mitchell, at our purpose built 200 SQ FOOT  locksmith training workshop, over 2 or 3 days on a one to one basis, so you are guaranteed training at a speed to suit you.

The course covers all you need to know to start trading as a locksmith with advice available from myself when you finish the course so you never need to be alone when on a job.

Before booking a training course anywhere else, ask them how many students each tutor trains - its normally between 6-10. My ratio is one trainee to one tutor. Everyone who does the 2 day locksmith course will receive a full basic locksmith tool kit as part of the couse.  This is designed to enable your to continue your training when you leave me and you can use them everyday on locksmith jobs.

A LOCKSMITH CERTIFICATE IS PROVIDED ON COMPLETION OF THE COURSE, WITH THIS CERTIFICATE YOU CAN PURCHASE LOCKSMITH TOOLS NOT AVAILBLE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
